K.T. Traveler The thing is that I don't often read erotic literature. I tend not to read what I'm writing out of, perhaps, an irrational fear that I'll borrow too much of someone's style. I do like some of the erotic moments in Mary Gaitskill's work.
K.T. Traveler This hasn't really been an issue for me. I tend to stop writing before I'm finished with an idea. I will either keep that idea in my head or jot a note for the next day. The next day I'm starting with momentum. Also, I feel being goofy on social media helps. I'll write some quirky little things to get me going.
K.T. Traveler The best thing is the feeling I get when I am writing. Well, having some read your work is pretty exciting as well.
K.T. Traveler When I was in college I wrote plays. Had a couple produced. Then I let life get in the way. My suggestion is just write and share your work. A piece is not finished until someone reads it.
K.T. Traveler I am working on another journey book. This book will open the writing in a number of complicated directions: more characters, more action.
K.T. Traveler I tend to pay attention to my surroundings and take what I can from there. For that reason, it is easier, or maybe it is just more fun to write in restaurants, bars, or coffee shops.
