My second book will be titled, “Ode to Boy”, and it will be out in early 2019. It’s a reflection of my memories and emotions from the childhood of my grown sons. It is very different from my first book in most ways but similar in that it strives to connect to readers’ own life experiences.

Something that happens or something that I see will often trigger a memory for me. Right away, I write the thoughts down (or I will forget!). When I have strung together a few ideas, I will try my best to connect them into something that will become part of my blog and part of my stories.

For me, the best thing about being a writer is knowing that inspiration is all around, all the time, in the simplest things.
