C.L. Ross I missed summer and am currently writing, but for the fall I hope to read Drew Barrymore's Wildflower and Jill S. Richards Crown of Deception First Lies.
C.L. Ross Good question! If anyone's figured this one out, please share with me your answers, haha.
C.L. Ross The love from those that have read and liked the book. I've received several heartwarming messages from people after they've read my book. Almost makes me cry happy tears every time. And it's always nice to hear, "I stayed up all night reading your book!"
C.L. Ross Write, write, write! You have to put in the time and the more you do the better you'll get, just like any other talent (Well, maybe that doesn't apply to dancing. Some will never get better at that. Lol). And NOTHING has to be perfect the first SEVERAL times. Don't get wrapped up in editing. First, get the story down. Also, you don't have to write according to the story timeline. If you have a scene in your head, write it down. Like my story, you can piece it all together just like a puzzle.
C.L. Ross Currently, promoting my new release which is crazy hard. Although I'm ready for the story fairies to give me something new to work on.
C.L. Ross Inspiration comes and goes which is one of the most difficult parts to writing. I get the most inspiration when I'm surrounded by other writers that are encouraging, engaged in listening to the writing, and know how to properly give constructive criticism.
C.L. Ross The idea for my book simply came from life experience. Everyone has their own story, I just chose to put mine to paper.
