I don't know about favorite, and young Mr. & Mrs. Hemingway were certainly not a fictional couple, but I did enjoy reading Paula McLain's novel The Paris Wife. Why? McLain's book is a nice fictional companion to Ernest Hemingway's The Sun Also Rises and A Moveable Feast.
