A. Vers My most recent new idea came from writing another series. I wanted to take a location and expand on it. Soon the characters to explore the area came alive too. Then their story grew and before I knew it, I had 4 of the 5 books plotted and outlined :)
A. Vers A lot of my inspiration comes from little things. A conversation, a dinner with family... A joke my husband tells. But my stories are normally character driven, and they are inspiration in themselves.
A. Vers I'm currently working on three projects at one time. Two are Paranormal Romance and the other is Young Adult Fantasy.
A. Vers Write.
That sounds simple, but if you want to get better at something, you have to do it a lot, right? Same is true for writing. Write as much as you can, as often as you can. And don't be afraid to ask for help.

A. Vers Since I normally work on numerous projects at one time, that keeps me from getting stagnant with any one novel. But if I truly find myself stuck, I walk away for a while and concentrate on something else. Anything from going for an actual walk, watching funny Supernatural Comic Con clips, or painting, can help my block.
A. Vers I woke up too early, and there was no coffee.
The end.
A. Vers That is a tough one. Either Middle Earth to slay some orcs or my own fictional world to meet my characters face-to-face. Maybe we would have tea or battle some big bads.
A. Vers I am currently bingeing my favorite author, Annette Marie. Her Guild Codex series is a fun, quick witted Urban Fantasy blast!
