Scott B. Fulmer I walk away and come back to my writing at a later time if I don't feel it. By the same token, when I feel like writing then I have to write, regardless of the time or location.
Scott B. Fulmer For me, it's the personal catharsis of putting my thoughts and feeling on papers. It's a personal validation.
Scott B. Fulmer I'm not sure my advice is worth much, but I would say to just write. Write what you think and feel. You can edit later when you go back over it. Be honest to yourself in what you write. Don't write for money, fame or others. A writer writes because he or she must.

However, I've been contemplating writing a book about my unique private investigation experiences for some time. That's how the book eventually came to fruition.
