I compiled my own memories, client stories, epiphanies from the spirit world, and my personal observations from sitting with clients for over 15 years into Soul Conversations. Working as a medium and soul gardener has changed me, so I wanted to share what I had noticed with others.

I know I need to write when I wake up with thoughts that transcend my own. I feel compelled to write. However, writing a book is a completely different discipline. But as you create the discipline, your soul knows what you are doing and the inspiration weaves into the process more regularly.

I am working on a medicine wheel for the soul. It follows up on this book. I love to work with people on connecting to the universe. I also teach, so I am creating in-person experiences as well.

Trust you have something to say. Don't look at others work and recreate their vision. Within you is what this world needs. Commit. Create deadlines and enjoy the process. If it is too difficult, perhaps you are not ready to step in. My book was like a mobile over my head for a few years until it distilled into Soul Conversations.

Holding the book once it arrived and realizing the process creates something magical that only you can create. Absolutely magical.

Inspiration was key for me. However, a deadline helped me work through any resistance I encountered in my process. Writing non-fiction, I experienced writer's block when I was not sure how to begin something or intimidated by how to articulate my thoughts. Being intuitive, I would ask for help either before I meditated or fell asleep. Both worked for me. Walking in nature or exercising helped me detached from what I could not figure out and allowed enough space for the inspiration to drop in.
