At first it was tough and i left some of these details out, however as the writing process continued I realized I needed to include it all as this helps the reader see the struggle and show them I'm human and they can over come these things too. My hardest moments were when we released the ARC to the launch team as this was the first time multiple people read the book and alot were friends and family and for most it would be the first time they knew some of the details in the book. The reward has been amazing as most of the reviews and conversations I have had with people that have loved and connected with the book have been around this hard stuff we wrote about. Angie and I are both glad we battled thru the fears and put everything in the book we did.

Great question, I believe thriving is something we all aspire to do but few of us have a metric to use for measuring their life to know if they really are thriving. The metric I like to use is 'Am I making progress towards my 5-10 year goals and do those goals include growth in these 3 areas Spiritual, personal, professional?' If yes, I'm building towards the life of my dreams and thriving on the journey to accomplish that life!

I've always had a strong passion to help others live to their full potential and encourage them in their journey. While Angie and I were going thru the journey discussed in the book, I felt very strongly I was being called to share our story with others, this book is the first step for us to share our story and our desire is to encourage and empower others to build healthy, successful lifestyles that build flourishing families and thriving careers.
