I move my body. As a writer who has ADHD, sometimes I need to whack a tennis ball or frolic with my dogs to get the wiggles out.
I also sometimes get emotional flooding that shuts me down, so I get out of my chair and find a friend. When I feel calmer and more connected to the people who love me, I can write again.

Read a lot. Be a humble learner. Be ready to spend the bulk of your "writing" time on revisions, and even more time than that on marketing, especially if you want others to actually read your books.
