I just don't pressure myself. I do something else. I go for a run or a walk to let my mind race. I listen to music and I just observe life around me. Eventually it comes. You can also collaborate with other writers. I use Instagram and twitter a lot. So joining poetry groups like realistic poetry and participating in prompts helps with writers block as well.

One day I was doing homework with my son, who was learning about the process of animals shedding feathers, skin etc. So I used this concept throughout my book of shedding layers of old pains and growing into a happier person. Hence the title Molt. (hide spoiler)]
