The Weight of Sin was my first Novel Idea but it was too large a story with multiple protagonists and I put it aside until I had perfected my writing craft a bit more. After my first Novel was published I felt I was ready for this tale that was inspired by my Peruvian daughter-in-law who was the daughter of one of Peruvian President Fujimore's Captains of his secret service and who was assassinated by the Shining Path Guerrillas. Her mother suffered the loss of her husband very deeply as she was a native Inca descendant.
