Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Kathleen Kaska All my Sydney Lockhart mysteries are set in historic hotels. I lived in Austin for many years and the Driskill Hotel is one of my favorites. Austin is also where Sydney lives, so it was just a matter of time before she investigated a murder in her city.

Kathleen Kaska My inspiration comes from reading authors I enjoy.

Kathleen Kaska I'm currently working on my fifth Sydney Lockhart mystery, Murder at the Menger and a new series set in Manhatton in the 1940s.
