Quasi-guaranteed cure for fear of a blank page: Trick yourself into doing it. The idea of "Writing" with a capital W sometimes feels intimidating. So I'll tell myself that I'm just "Getting down some notes" or "Building an outline." Before you know it, there are words typed on a page. Works almost every time... once I stop procrastinating.
