Summer just ended, but truly, I'm working so much on my own titles I rarely get to read others. I did just finished the first Never After book and the first two How to Train Your Dragon Books (audio version). So finishing those series which also equal as homework for a middle school age series that I'm working on. Technically still work. lol.

I'm not sure I would. They all seem to have way more drama than my real life, and many of them seem to be without indoor plumbing. So... It would be cool to be a mermaid for a day though as long as I don't become shark food. I could write stories there too or search for pearls to make jewelry with.

Don't be scared. Nerves are expected and are within all of us. Put your pen to paper and claim your gift. You Are A Writer! Trust me. Naming it and claiming it. I use to say I want to be a writer, and it hit me (though not published at the time) I had written two books. I Am A Writer! Now I have five published through Amazon and have about 20 actually written. Now I have to tell myself constantly I Am An Author! Lol. We all need reminders. *Wink*

Escaping into a thousand different worlds. I have a very active imagination and always find it running wild. At least with writing it is somewhat focused and controlled. (Probably saves my husband a lot of sanity.) Hahaha.

I put it down and work on something else. I also leave it to the Lord. This is the gift He has blessed me with. This is my calling. He will guide me and He does. I don't fret, for I know it will come.

I give it up to God. I find inspiration everywhere from dreams, what ifs, actors' real life character traits, and randomness throughout life. When I am stuck, I just tell God to steal the show. More often than not I don't truly know what I'm going to write until the pen touches the page.
