Just write. When I started writing I set a goal of 40K words, but I just made time every day just to write a story. Halfway through I realized that I had well over my set goal. So if you want to write, just set time in your schedule (daily, weekly whatever works for you) and just write.

I have a notebook that I write ideas as they come up. If I feel like I've hit a wall or have writer's block I read over my notes and that normally help me get over the dry writing spell.
