During the "leadership" classes, I noticed that the other students seemed unsatisfied. That is, they didn't seem to think that they had received usable information that would help them take on management or leadership jobs in the future. Many of them asked me for advice on the subject. These questions led to a thesis project on leadership, which became the basis for this book series.
