I currently writing a book about resilience. Teaching people to overcome difficult situations. With the COVID-19 crisis I am working to finish the book as I know it will be helpful to many people. I have taught and used the strategies I write about in the book to thousands of people and have witnessed success in children and adults both in their personal and professional lives.
