Writers write so write.
It may be a cliche but it's true. I still battle with 'imposter's syndrome' from time to time and have to give myself a talking to. I think it's something all writers go through but my advice is to just keep writing. Don't wait for someone to give you permission, just do it.

After battling anxiety, depression, and OCD for most of my life, I've always found writing to be something I turned too. I was asked so many times how I manage my anxiety and decided that writing seemed like the best option for me.
