I take a break and do something else. That could be take a walk. It could be sit and read, do the dishes, watch a film or anything really. The worst thing you can do is block yourself with frustration. Distance and space are your friends when you feel blocked.

Don't give up on work you believe in. The market will reject stories for a variety of reasons that are not tied to how good your writing is. Taking rejection personally will only harm you and your creativity. Lick your wounds but rise above it always.
