I wait it out. I am a panster/intuitive writer. Meaning I write off the seat of my pants/don't plot. Because of this I learn to go with the flow of my creative juices. When I am not writing I am usually reading/critiquing someone else's work. This system works for me because when I am writing I average at least 2000-3000+ words a day for several weeks.
