Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Shawn M. Klimek Apart from anthologies, my only book is an illustrated book of poetry, not yet published. It's actually a quintet of poems which tell a single dark fantasy saga. The illustrator is the marvelous surrealist, Norbert Somosi (find him on Facebook @NoSoArtist).

How do you get inspired to write?

Shawn M. Klimek During the past 2 years, I've been writing almost exclusively for specific anthology submission calls. But, that's not *all* I write. Sometimes I write a poem or story with no particular publisher in mind. Fortunately, many of these have proved publishable, too.
