Right now, it probably would be the Shadow Hunter world. I read the series ages ago and have recently just found the Netflix series. Not sure, though, if it would be the world of Tessa, Jem and Will or the one of Clary, Jace and Simon. What would I be doing there? Shadow hunting, of course.

I edit. If I can't write, then I edit (usually a story that's completely different from what I want to write). Sometimes housework. I find that if I concentrate on something else, then the writing juices start to flow.

You can generally get away asking odd questions, and not look completely strange while taking notes all the time.

Just write, and let nobody put you down about it. I'm not writing to quit my day job, I'm writing for me first and foremost. It makes me happy. If writing makes you happy, then write. If you publish, good on you!

The sequel to Mackerel Sky, though I'm giving it a wee bit of a break this month. So I've been editing a bunch of my other stories, some of which may get published, some of which won't.

Well, 'book' is a bit of a misnomer, because my most recent ideas are really no more than a few notes. But.... I'd say a good 80% of all ideas come from dreams.
