I engaged in a lot of street photography for two to three years and wanted to do something with the work. I played around with numerous ideas, but kept coming back to color splashing. Sometimes, when looking through the viewfinder, I would immediately see what I wanted to color splash, but then sometimes it would come to via Photoshop.
