Do you ever listen to video game soundtracks? I've recently been listening to the "Endless Space 2" soundtrack-really by accident, but it certainly sets a mood!
Heather Pfeifle I listen to soundtracks a lot when I’m writing exactly because they set a great mood! I’ve never heard of this one in particular, but I’m definitely going to check out now! Thanks for the suggestion!

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Heather Pfeifle Writer's block attacks me viciously at least once a week, if not everyday! Having a good playlist of instrumental music is a must. If I'm writing an emotional scene, I might listen to "Unhappy Endings" from the Once Upon a Time soundtrack. Are my characters in the midst of a heated battle? Well, that calls for something like "The Battle" from The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Mood music usually brings me back from the brink of writer's block despair and gets the creative juices flowing once more.
