I'm blessed to have never suffered from it so far, but I have only been writing properly for just over a year now. Sometimes I suffer from "writer's apathy" where I think..."aaah, I will write something tomorrow..." and then tomorrow comes! Maybe if I were forced to write to deadlines for publishers, or was relying on the income from my books to feed my family, then the pressure might lead me to hit the "block", but as it is I am able to write when the moment takes me!

I love fiction, I love the escapism it provides...letting my mind wander from the mundanity of day-to-day life. To be able to write is another level to this escapism, because I get to decide what happens next! I become the pilot rather than the passenger in the escape...
