So many things! I've been living in Los Angeles and working as a TV host for many years now, but Flipping the Script has opened doors to me outside of the entertainment world. I now travel the country as a motivational speaker and have found it to be the most rewarding experience ever! Also, I've created both a podcast and a TV show from the themes of the book that I'm in the process of pitching and one-day bringing to fruition!

For me, inspiration comes and goes and writing this book required a level of discipline I'd never experienced. Most often, I write when I feel I have no other way to properly express myself.

My most recent book also happens to be my first book and I'm so very proud of it! Flipping the Script was born out of a personal and professional rough patch that nearly caused me to take my own life by jumping out the 10th-floor window of my bathroom back in 2016, but that's just where the book begins. I'd always wanted to become a published author but never thought my story was worth telling until my brush with suicide inspired me to make a change and help others in the process. This book was less of an "idea" and more of a lifesaver that was born out of a necessity to share my story and forgive myself for the decision I nearly made to end it all. For the record, I'm really glad I decided to step back from that window.
