Gaveem Travel. Travel really inspires me. Even if I haven't traveled for months, I can look back on the photos and notes I've taken when I last traveled, and words come to me really easily. Sometimes I turn on a voice recorder and talk into it, sometimes I dictate into my phone, sometimes I simply send long messages to my friends to see what they think about it.
Gaveem Irritation, mostly! People kept telling me to "move on" and "let go" but no one really has a clear idea on what moving on and letting go really involves. Each of us has our own personal journey through heartbreak, and each of us have mental conditioning that guides us whichever way it wants us to.

As human beings, we look for stability and contentment, especially in the modern world, where we are living highly dynamic lifestyles. I didn't want it to be a self-help book, because there's enough of it out there, but rather, I wanted to show how I found tranquility, through asking the right questions.
Gaveem I'm working on the sequel to The Tranquility Codex! I had talked about learning to first accept everything and everyone, and the sequel will go on to talk about a common theme, patience, and things that are needed within us, to be able to be patient.

I'm also working on a larger project - a screenplay. But this will take a substantial amount of time and resources to complete, so I'm just in the concept stage.
Gaveem Read. Don't read pulp and fluff, but go for the good books with one or two main themes, that allows your mind to breathe and think.

Then write. Write every day. Write long statuses on Facebook, even if your friends are going to complain. Copy and paste it into a notepad, if you don't want to publish it. Write every chance you get.

It also helps if you can read and speak in other languages. It really does open the mind to the nuances of thinking in other languages, and enriches your writing in many ways.
Gaveem Writing allows me to express myself and my thoughts, either through my own voice, or through situational absurdity that happens quite often. I end up having more than just one perspective on any situation or circumstance I am personally going through, preventing me from thinking about life in just black and white.
Gaveem Writer's block is common when writing fiction, but it can happen with non-fiction as well. When I feel like I cannot create an authentic and meaningful narrative, I take a break for a couple of weeks and revisit some of the research I had done, and look through my draft notes and journal entries.

If it means that I have to gain more experience before I write any further, I usually seek meaning and lessons through ongoing circumstances. With The Tranquility Codex, I waited for weeks for one little bit of experience that was crucial for me to feel that the book is complete!
