Writing The Good Indian Girl was a way for me to process my thoughts and feelings regarding my submissive side. It was never meant to be punished but then it evolved into a story that was too good not to share, and alas, TSS was born!

'I write, therefore I am-' if you want to be a writer, just write! Write, even though it's not perfect. Write, even though you don't have time. Write, even though the odds are stacked against you. Just write and you will be a writer... Oh, and read lots because you need to know your craft inside out! 🙂

It's my escape from everyday life! I can pour a piece of my heart and mind into my character and express ideas I may otherwise struggle to process.

I just write in very small chucks and reward myself for every paragraph I manage - this might be just acknowledging my success or eating an M&M! I try not to be too hard on myself and I don't worry about how/ if the story will come together. I just force some words, any words, onto the paper/ screen.
