Winter Clark When you write don’t edit yourself at first, just let the words come the way they want to. You’ll eventually find that you have a style that feels natural to you.
Winter Clark Playing with words to find the most fluid way to express oneself. Our language is so rich and we get to paint an internal world that the reader can experience.
Winter Clark Going for a walk in nature, switching up my writing environment or taking time off to go do something completely unrelated and fun!
Winter Clark I'm currently working on an expanded version of the book I just wrote. Goddess Grows Up: You are the Gift is really meant for beginners so that they feel like they have a safe space to experiment in. The next one will be more advanced and include more of my shamanic practices so that others can see how they work together.
Winter Clark I love writing but I get blocks occasionally too. I like to switch up my writing environment; go to a different room or leave the house altogether and go to a cafe. I also like going to the park and bringing my notebook; being in nature helps me to relax and let the words flow again.
Winter Clark My life experiences in a psychically open household. Growing up in this kind of environment felt normal (to me anyway) and it wasn't until I was a bit older that I realized not everyone was having this experience. This helped me to nurture the intuitive gifts that were unfolding within me as I navigated my way through the world both seen and unseen. I realized that my journey and process might be helpful to others, especially those who might not have the supportive environment I did. I also included the tools I used to get back to my path and re-open my gifts because at one point, I did get overwhelmed. That doesn't have to happen! This book can help you.
