The book was inspired by my own life path. When I graduated from college, I was overwhelmed and confused about how to start my career. It took tenacity, determination, and many years of learning lessons the hard way, but here I am, at the top of my industry.
I was driven by a thought:
What if I could make it easier for other young women to succeed faster?
How much sooner could they climb the ladder to the top?
Couldn't we change the ratio of women in executive leadership if we empowered women earlier in their careers to take charge of their own path?
I truly believe the world will change as more women rise to the top of their industries. And that is why I poured my heart into this book.
