What happened about your book being given to someone else? He hadn't got any other books registered did he? Was it just a mistake?

Alexander Ward Hmm, I think he had another book published, however the lovely librarians managed to fix that one for me! :D
It was just a mistake. It automatically suggested an already verified author for the book when the new edition was added. :D
