Seeing images of Iran (or the Middle East for that matter) over the past four decades, I wanted to show the world that Iran was not always like what they see on their TV screens.
My main intention was to show how everyday Iranian lives were, prior to the Islamic Revolution of 1979 and how it changed for the worse and impacted people's lives. So I used my memory, many interviews with Iranian friends I have, as well as many many more I met along the path of this amazing journey.
