In June of 2019, my brother Adam was murdered by junkies looking to score drugs and/or money from him. (Yes, he'd made some bad life choices.) Two of the three have been caught, but they aren't talking except to say neither claims to have pulled the trigger. Who is this third man, supposedly the triggerman, and where is he? I pray for justice every day.

Read and write, write and read. One way I improved my own writing (still plenty of room for improvement) was to read other writers. By reading both good and bad writing, I'm able to see whether or not my own writing is headed in one direction or another. Develop yourself and just keep writing. If you're good, someone will eventually notice. It only took me 30 years to get noticed.

My main project is the sequel to Solitary Man, though I've got other irons in the fire as well. A good writer usually has a handful of good ideas kicking around in their head at any given time. It's often a blessing and a curse at the same time.
