J.F. Pandolfi If you're writing with the sole intent of becoming the next literary celebrity, find something else to occupy your time. You may have heard that before, in one form or another. But it's important enough to repeat.

I'm by no means saying you shouldn't have dreams or goals. But if you make "becoming rich and famous" your driving force, there's a very good chance you'll be disappointed, if not devastated. Just remember that writing is a prime example of the notion that the joy is in the journey, not the destination.
J.F. Pandolfi I've just finished a sequel to my debut novel, "Mr. Pizza". The story picks up 12 years after the first book ends. This gave me a chance to change the setting, bring back some of the old characters, and introduce new ones. I'm pretty excited about it, to be honest.
