Chou Hallegra Writer's block?... Hum..... What should I write now? .... :)

I walk away, spend time in nature, pray, play with my kids, listen to music, go about my day, and then when I feel recharged physically, emotionally, and spiritually, the words just flow.

Then I go, "writer's block? What writer's block?" :)
Chou Hallegra The best thing about being a writer is the freedom to create. There's no better way to put it. I mostly write nonfiction but as I write, I get to explore possibilities that I might have not considered in the past. In many ways, I get to dream of and create a better world for all of us to live in. That is just beautiful!
Chou Hallegra Don't do it alone! It took me decades to write a book because I tried to do it all on my own. Then I finally realized that my dreams and stories are too big for me to carry the load on my own. Today, I have a very supportive team working with me and they help make my dreams come true. I get to write more books because others help with many other things related to my writing career. I am grateful for each and every person who has helped me get where I am in my writing career.
Chou Hallegra I am currently helping multiple authors publish their stories, in addition to working on the next book for the Made to Overcome series.
Chou Hallegra I usually write to provide a solution to a problem. In that sense, societal and personal problems inspire me. I have learned to recycle my experiences through the years and sprinkle them with my professional knowledge to encourage or guide someone else on their journey.
Chou Hallegra My most recent book is "We All Belong: Musings on Inclusion, Acceptance, and Kindness" and I got the vision for that book after the death of George Floyd. I have been doing diversity and inclusion work for close to a decade but watching the video of George Floyd's death brought back all the injustice and discrimination that I, my family, and my clients have experienced; and it hit me all at once. It was at the moment that I decided to create something that would outlive me and I chose to invite eleven other women to join me on this project and I'm so excited about the positive impact it will make in this world.
