If you sit down and start writing, whatever comes to mind, whether it fits your framework or not, eventually you'll churn out a couple of nuggets that will eventually work for you. People who stare at the wall and complain that they can't think of anything should try one of my listening exercises! They'll have lots of ideas in less than 15 minutes.
