Bobbi Mullins Just do it! The process of writing, editing, and publishing our cookbook helped me grow tremendously, and even if it had not been published, the time I spent on it would not have been wasted. Just get started and don't worry about the end result. It's the journey that counts, and the conclusion will work itself out in due time.
Bobbi Mullins I continue to work on recipes and posts for both of my websites, finite foodie.com and bobbimullins.com.
Bobbi Mullins When my kids Rebecca and Greg went to their respective colleges they weren’t very impressed with the cafeterias. As soon as they were able, they moved off campus where they could have a kitchen of their own. Rebecca had always loved to cook, but Greg had been content simply to eat what was prepared for him. So it was Greg who began asking questions and requesting some of his favorite recipes. He sparked the original idea for our book by posting pictures of his culinary creations in a Facebook album called “College Kids Can Eat Well Too.” We all began to brainstorm ideas for creating a cookbook and cooking guide where we could share their experiences learning how to prepare easy, inexpensive, healthful meals without much kitchen equipment or experience. The Finite Foodie Cookbook was the final result.
