Simon Bardwell Be patient with yourself and don't expect immediate results.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Simon Bardwell It was sparked by a newspaper article I read in an old newspaper. That was the jumping off point... but it does not bear any resemblance to what I read. It took on a life of its own.

Simon Bardwell The outline plot for book number three! I plan to write the bulk of it during Nanowrimo this November.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Simon Bardwell My son Mark Bardwell introduced me to writing novels. The absolute best thing is creating characters and making them interact with each other. It is by turns fun and exasperating. Some of them develop a life of their own...

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
