*falls over laughing* FANFICTION AND AO3! Totally found some weird fics there that I'd never heard of before! After reading a few by some of my favorite authors, I decided I wanted to explore those kinks and tropes, myself. Which...is why I never intend to publish these books I'm working on.

My best friend and sisters actually encouraged me until I just...started writing. I've written and stopped in the past, ever since high school because I love to write...but this time it just stuck. And now I'm a proud author of two published books and a third on the way. Plus many others that I haven't published yet. But we'll get there.

I am actually currently working on book two of TWO different stories. Neither of which I intend to publish. The first story is called Run for book one and Stay for book two. The other is called The barriers that bind us for book one...and book two doesn't have a title yet but it's got a bad ass fight scene that I'm absolutely in love with.

Don't stop writing. Even if what you feel you wrote is garbage, push through. If you're struggling, read books by your favorite author and see how their writing style was. Not your style? Then keep writing until you DO find your own, unique style.

The freedom. Just because I write a story doesn't mean I have to publish it. And that...that makes me feel REALLY good. I write for me and while I love sharing most of my work, I love keeping some of close to my own heart. (Or my own demented, twisted, morbid mind *cackles*)
