So far I have not really been confronted with it! Just do not push yourself, whatever you want to write is inside you, just allow yourself to let it come out, and if it is not today, it might be tomorrow. Take the time to let your message grow inside yourself.

I feel that it gives you a way to interact with so many people, learn so much from people around your and use language to express yourself thereby touching upon other's lives.

If it is what is in your genes, you should just do it. Keep it up, it will come floating through, and never mind if or what others might see. Everybody has talents, has a reason to be on this planet.
If you truely believe it is to write, that this is what it is. Being a writer is opening up yourself totally to the outside world. The simple fact that you are willing to do that (or cannot do anything else) is stoning, world changing in and of itself!

I am thinking about a next book topic, so any suggestions are more than welcome!
At the same time, for one of my customers, I am thinking about developing a framework or storyline to explain how corporate culture and employee engagement are two sides of the same coin. I would love to find just the right angle to bring this story to live and inspire my business leaders to sponsor the project to survey both culture and engagement in their company of 19000 employees!

I feel like writing about what is dear to me, and closest to my heart, is lasting. It cannot be erased and it allows to inspire others even more than by simply talking about it. It allows me to reflect, to go deeper and to add additional value.
Whenever I feel strong about something, I can write about it. My willingness and desire to pass on my message, or simply to get it in front of myself, so that I can twist and tweek it to become even more powerful, boosts my inspiration.

I have been working for 25+ years in Human Resources, mostly in corporate life. I've come to a moment in life where I want to pass on my legacy and my passion to the world, and not just to my next customer.
I am always in favor of 'helicopter views', knowing what the context is prior to diving into one specific aspect of a theme. This is why I wanted to start my writing journey with a broad and overarching HR framework, to set the fundamentals and then - later on - dive deeper.
