That is a good question. Sometime sooner or later, writer's will find it difficult to bring their thoughts to life. It helps me to take a break, whether it is for a short while or doing something else that will allow my brain to relax. I have ideas just pop into my head when I least expect it.

I am a Georgia native. When I read and researched our history during the American Revolution, I discovered how vicious the fighting had been here. The personal stories of real patriots came alive for me. I wanted to make others aware of what sacrifices were made by our forefathers and foremothers.
