I had to really consider this because most of what I read is horror, and I prefer to experience those stories from a safe distance. So after much thought, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea would be my choice. I want to go undersea hunting, explore shipwrecks, battle giant cephalopods, and hopefully find a way to prevent Captain Nemo from going mad with grief so the adventures wouldn't end. As to why, that's easy...I love the ocean, I always have. My own personal heaven would be exploring in the Nautilus for eternity.
