Everyone knows someone who either suffer from depression or anxiety. It is beginning to effect teenagers a lot more than in the past. Anxiety and Depression is no joke. People surrounded by someone suffering from either condition does not always understand the extend of how it feel for such a person. I want to show that there is always hope even in your darkest of moments.
