I am writing the sequel now, and expect to submit to publishers by mid-2019. So hopefully it should be out in early 2020.

What are you currently working on?
Gunjan Porwal Sequel to 'Ashwatthama's Redemption: The Rise of Dandak'. Not sure if it will be a duology or trilogy. Lets see where the story takes me.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Gunjan Porwal Being a writer allows us to be transported to our own fictional world, where we are the architect. Well, not really. Once the characters take shape, they start doing things on their own, and we do not have too much control over them. Still building a story is one of the most satisfying aspects of being a writer.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Gunjan Porwal I deal with writer's block by going for a walk, and thinking about something else. More often than not, once I have given a sufficient break for it, and start thinking from a new perspective, things start coming together. The amount of break varies. Sometimes it can be minutes, sometimes it can take days to weeks. I remember one plot point that took me weeks to months to solve.
