The best thing about being a writer is that when something bad happens to me or I have a painful experience, I think, I will include that in my next book, and happily continue with my life.

I just keep writing anything that comes to my mind. After 30 minutes I take a break, go for a walk or work in the garden. Then, I come back and write for another 30 minutes everything that comes to my mind. Repeat.
