Eaton Krone Mostly, the writing part. But, more seriously, pressing the save button for the last time on your first completed draft. You know there's still plenty of work ahead, but at that moment it's just you staring at that final word and thinking: a) "Hey, job well done!"; or b) "Man, I never thought I'd get here!"; or c) "Now what?"; or d) A, B and C in rapid succession.
Eaton Krone I use a mental sledgehammer. Otherwise, I give my ideas a day or two to ferment, then I pour them into a glass and enjoy them as they flow onto the screen...
