Mostly, the writing part. But, more seriously, pressing the save button for the last time on your first completed draft. You know there's still plenty of work ahead, but at that moment it's just you staring at that final word and thinking: a) "Hey, job well done!"; or b) "Man, I never thought I'd get here!"; or c) "Now what?"; or d) A, B and C in rapid succession.
