Right now, I’m about halfway through drafting a sequel to North to Nara, which will serve as the third book in the Crimson Sash series. (The second book in the series comes out in January 2020.) The third book is shaping up to be the most action-packed, and I’m really excited about it!

Don’t get hung up on rejections! Instead, look for the silver lining in every “no’”—it’s there, if you’re willing to see it. Maybe it’s a good piece of constructive feedback, or the realization that an agent or publisher simply isn’t a great fit. Don’t let it break you; let if fuel you.

I’ve been writing since I was little—I’ve always loved stories and books… and have a pretty active imagination. My junior high school English teacher was extremely supportive and encouraged me to keep going with my interest—so here I am!
