Seeking Mr. Wrong is the official end of the series. It's a little bit open-ended because I wasn't sure if my publisher was going to pick up any more books (alas, they didn't), but rest assured that Penelope, Grant, and the whole gang are continuing to happily solve crimes/commit them for the rest of their lives together. :)

That series is all the way finished, so there won't be any more books featuring the Vasquez sisters. My next two releases (RUFF AND TUMBLE, out now, and I HATE YOU MORE, out in November) are both standalones.
