The ACX website walks you through it. You just need to publish a Kindle on Amazon (or pre-publish one), and then go to ACX and claim that book. Once you’ve done this, you can look through narrators and message one you like. Or you can put your book up for general audition, and hopefully a good narrator will be interested.
