Usually, I try and walk away. With writing you need to sometimes take a break from yourself. There is nothing wrong with that. You stay inside your head for a living, and maybe that is not the best for you all the time. I take a walk, meditate, pull tarot cards for myself. My favorite because you can pull tarot cards for anything and there are no rules with that.

Write every day. Even if it's just the notes section of your phone, keep a journal. Those moments where you just need to get it out, you can go back and use them as material or inspiration for a character's development or motivation.

The idea for a Bridge Between Chaos, came in an explosion of me having my second spiritual awakening. I'm a tarot reader by trade, but I have always loved writing. It's my first true love. So, when I started deep diving into the universe and my soul, I naturally wanted to document what every scary, beautiful and sorrowful moment felt like. Each step brought me closer to myself, and who I wanted to be, and how I was rapidly beginning to see the world.
